What does my dealer/OEM order status mean?
There are several order statuses which may be displayed after an order is placed. Whenever an order status is updated as your order is being processed you will receive an email notification. If you have not received order status update emails, please check your spam folder and notify our sales team if not present.
Awaiting Payment: Shown on new NET Terms/PO payment method orders. Order has been received and is in queue for manufacturing and/or fulfillment.
Awaiting Fulfillment: Shown on new orders paid for upfront. Order has been received and is in queue for manufacturing and/or fulfillment.
Partially Shipped: Only some items have been shipped. View order details in the buyer portal to see what items have gone out in specific partial shipments and view tracking information.
Shipped: Order has been shipped. View order details in the buyer portal for tracking information.
Cancelled: Order has been cancelled/refunded and will not be fulfilled.
Partially Refunded: Specific items or a general amount off the order has been refunded.
Completed: Order has been shipped.
