# What states can't the Br4 DISSENT ship to and why?

There are 2 states that have restrictions in place that prohibit our ability to sell or ship any Br4 rifles to those locales. Illinois and Washington.

Residents in New York state can order and take possession of Br4 rifles with a non-threaded barrel and no muzzle device.
