April 25, 2023. Washington state has enacted HB1240 banning "assault weapons" and parts "from which assault rifles can be assembled". As a result, CMMG cannot currently accept or fulfill Washington orders for any firearms, receivers, or small parts.
CMMG will continue to look for ways of bringing the Br4 to the residents of Washington.
